Amazingly efficient staff, unbeatable location & good restaurant. They served bread, bakery, fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs and meats for breakfast. Great view, a small balcony, large bed, too. Pool and Irish bar were available.

Good value for money, UNBELIEVABLE location, top class breakfast, diligent staff. The units are themed, budget. Helpful service within 0.5 km of the airport. Superb stay in a casual hotel.

It was worth its 3 stars. Planned to see Carcassonne major attractions and it was good base for visiting all of them. The room was big and had everything we needed. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.

this hotel was a lovely place for exploring the city. furthermore, it had a public parking nearby. we really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at patisserie bimas.

Customer service was really handy. We liked everything at ibis carcassonne centre including staff and service. Brasserie le dome, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel...
